The license is issued on the basis of two documents: Government Decree No. 291 of April 16, 2012 and Order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of March 11, 2013 No. 121n. Among the requirements:

  • the equipment is registered with Roszdravnadzor and has certificates of conformity;
  • employees providing services have a medical education and specialist certificates;
  • the premises meet certain requirements;
