home - Earnings on the Internet

In this article, we'll look at:

  • typing - how to make money on it without investments;
  • typewriter - what does he do;
  • where to look for vacancies without an insurance premium;
  • how not to be deceived and recognize scammers;
  • tools that make the job of a typist easier.

By reading this post. you can not only understand the meaning of the work, but also find a real job as a typist without fear that you will be deceived or demanded insurance premiums. Enjoy reading.

What is the essence of work at home typing without investments and cheating with daily payment

The essence of typing on the Internet is simple: you are provided with a source of text that you need to print on a computer and transfer an electronic document to the customer. These sources are:

  • manuscript;
  • scanned documents;
  • photo pages;
  • Pictures;
  • infographics;
  • audio and video files.

Do not confuse typing with rewriting and copywriting. These are completely different things. When copywriting and rewriting, you will at least need minimal knowledge of seo and tools for checking uniqueness. When typing, you just need to type the text without changing the words, content or meaning in it.

Typewriter - who is it

A typist is a PC operator involved in digitizing various sources of information and transferring data into an electronic document.

Absolutely anyone who has free time and a computer for work can work as a typesetter. School knowledge of the Russian language is also required, because if there may still be punctuation marks and correctly spelled words in the manuscript or scanned documents, then in audio and video files you will follow the spelling yourself. If you have problems with this, then use the Microsoft Word program and special online services for checking grammar, spelling and punctuation (the list is below).

It is also not bad to master the touch typing technique, which will speed up typing at times.

Usually students, teenagers, mothers on maternity leave, people with disabilities or temporarily unemployed are engaged in this income. One of the advantages of this type of earnings is that you are not tied to a specific workplace. You work at home, being at least in Moscow, even in St. Petersburg, or you can earn extra money while relaxing on the Black Sea coast in Sochi.

Who pays

If you think that this service is not relevant, then you are very mistaken. I myself, not so long ago, turned to a site where typists work. The manager of the restaurant needed the services of typesetters when creating instructions for the staff, and we took part of the text from a scanned book, so this part was written to us by typesetters.

There are a lot of webmasters who need a text version of videos or podcasts. There are many customers in this topic, but there are no less performers, there is competition.

How much can you earn

Probably the most difficult question. The main thing here is how and for whom you will work. If you work on sites where this service is provided, then you will earn little from one order, but you will not need to look for customers on your own, this is the fence of the site administration.

Let's take the minimum. A set of a thousand characters from a printed source is worth 35 rubles. Usually, in practice, the performer receives 1/3 of the completed order . If you print 10,000 characters, then we divide 350 by 3 and get our earnings of 116 rubles. Few?

Of course, not enough, because if you worked for yourself, you could keep the entire amount for yourself. This is an example with printed text. If you are provided with a manuscript, and even with a hard-to-read text, then your earnings will be higher. The same applies to stuffing texts from videos and audio files.

As I wrote above, the entire amount will go to you and only you. This is profitable, but the question arises of an independent search for customers. Independent typists work either on freelance exchanges, copywriting exchanges and thematic forums. Here you set the price for yourself.

For example, this young lady earns 500 rubles for 10,000 characters printed text, and that kind of money is not even always paid and she has orders.

But do not think that as soon as you register and set such a price, a line of customers will line up for you. First, it will be necessary to earn a reputation by offering the customer either a lower cost for the same volume as that of competitors or a greater volume for the same cost. And after you have earned a reputation, you can set the cost you need.

There are a lot of offers on the Internet on job search sites. There you are no longer offered one-time part-time jobs from time to time, but full-fledged employment with an average salary of 30,000 rubles, which you will agree is not so bad.

But here you need to be extremely careful and suspicious and take care of signing a contractual relationship with the employer. It is very easy to find a naive person or a person in a difficult position who is ready to do anything for the sake of work. And after he has worked for a month, just throw him away, because he has not even seen the employer in the eyes and there will be nowhere to complain.

Fraud, scams and scams

Alas, working on the Internet is always fraught with the risk of being deceived, and typing on a computer is no exception. Therefore, before taking up the keyboard, evaluate how honest the customer is and whether he wants to deceive you.

Follow these tips:

  1. Too good offer. If you see a price that is too good, then this is not a call to action, but rather a reason to suspect something is amiss. Also pay attention to the date of registration of the customer and the number of successful transactions
  2. No prepayments! If the customer asks you to transfer 100 rubles as a deposit or an insurance premium, that you will not take his “valuable” manuscripts for yourself or will not break the deadlines - this is a rotten cadala to a fortuneteller.
  3. No SMS confirmations. If, to confirm your desire to make money on typing, they ask you to send a code that came to a phone number, then most likely a tidy sum will be debited from your mobile account after sending the code. This rule does not apply to reputable freelancing and copywriting exchanges, but there you will only be required to do this when registering.
  4. If the original work or employment contract is sent to you by mail cash on delivery, you are being deceived. Pay nothing, get unwanted paper in an envelope.
  5. Do not pay for the work of "checking" test tasks. If you are asked to do a test task, and then pay for the work of the editor, then you are being deceived. After payment, you will no longer see either the customer or the orders. So do not perform complex test tasks, most likely they will immediately be given to a real customer and receive your money.

Be especially wary if you find a permanent remote job. Demand the conclusion of an agreement, check the details in the agreement, call the numbers indicated not in the agreement, but on the website of the company indicated in the agreement. Believe me, if you work for free for a whole month for scammers, then you will leave the Internet forever, and you can earn money here.

Stick to these simple tips and reduce the risk of being scammed to zero.

Rule of thumb: It's better to be overdressed than underdressed!

Websites for making money on typing on the Internet

Check out my list of reliable sites where you can find vacancies for typing at home without attachments. Of course, there are much more of them, but you can stumble upon deceit and scammers.

1. Aveptext (not relevant)

The site is more focused on copywriting and rewriting, but they are engaged in typing. Alas, there are few orders, since the site has its own staff and only with an overabundance of orders is it given to third-party typesetters. Payment depends on the volume and complexity of the order, calculated individually. They pay to WebMoney (), Yandex money and QIWI wallet.

The site is no longer accepting applications!

2. KWORK

To date, I consider this the best freelance service store. Initially, the price of 500 rubles is set here for any work, but you determine the volume for this price and, again, you appoint additional services. If you want to work only for yourself, then I would advise you to start with this site.

Withdrawal of money is carried out upon application for electronic wallets WebMoney and Qiwi.

3. ToDo (exchange is closed)

This freelance service site is practically a copy of KWORK, but unlike Kwork, there is no fixed price of 500 rubles, or you can immediately set your own. Basically, typing performers there ask for 100 rubles for 10,000 characters with spaces from a well-read source. Withdrawal of money to qiwi and webmoney wallets. System commission for work 20%.

4. YouDo (Yudu)

A huge portal for finding contractors for completely different tasks from repairing a toilet bowl to designing spaceships. You can find orders for typing here. In order to become an executor, you will have to fill out a questionnaire and pass a mini-test on knowledge of the portal rules, so you will have to study them.

Withdraw money to only Qiwi wallet upon request. The minimum withdrawal amount is 300 rubles.

5.Workzilla

One of my favorite sites for finding customers and contractors is WorkZilla. I use this site the most, although I didn’t order typing there, but I’m sure that I would have found a typing operator there in a few minutes. A very convenient search system, a large number of customers and performers.

Money is withdrawn to WebMoney or Yandex Money.

Workzilla has only one drawback - to get the right to work, you need to buy a subscription, but if you really work every day, then it fights back in the very first days.

6. MoguZa

Another popular site where freelancers offer their services for money. Withdrawing money to a WebMoney wallet, the minimum withdrawal amount is 50 rubles.

7. Author24

The author24 project is mainly designed to help in educational or scientific activities, allowing you to order from a school essay to a scientific dissertation on string theory and dark matter (hello to all fans of the Big Bang Theory). However, here additional income is also possible for authors and performers in the form of: helping businesses, tutoring, online consultations, translating text into various languages. Here you can earn money by simple typing.

8. Avito

On Avito, you can also look for work as a typesetter, but you should not forget that this site is loved by all sorts of deceivers and scammers, so be vigilant and follow.

You can find here both a job as a typist in the office, and a remote employee via the Internet.

9. Textx.ru

TextX differs from all the above sites in that they allow you to earn here not on the classic typing, but something in between typing and rewriting. Employees at TextX are called editors, and the income itself consists in changing the proposed texts and their subsequent resale on the TextX site itself or on partner sites.

The scheme looks like this.

  1. Booking an available package of texts on the site. Usually these are 10-20 small texts with a total volume of 30-50 thousand characters.
  2. Redemption of reserved texts. Yes, after booking you will have to buy these texts to start working with them.
  3. Text editing. You are required not to fill in the text, but to correct it, i.e. correct spelling, grammatical and syntactical errors in the text, as well as increase the uniqueness of the article, if it is low, then it increases it by rewriting non-unique pieces of text.
  4. The corrected articles are bought back by the textix site or the works are exhibited in partner stores for redemption at a higher price.
  5. Getting profit.

The advantage of working as an editor is a higher income compared to regular typing, and the disadvantages are that articles must first be redeemed, and only then they still need to be sold if they are put up in article stores.

Working as an editor at textx.ru is a kind of transitional form from typewritten typing to rewriters and copywriters. The site has a good affiliate program and every month there is a competition for the best editor with an impressive cash reward. The first-place editor receives 25,000 rubles in addition to his monthly income. By the way, a top editor earns 45,000 rubles a month.

10. Audio Bureau

Although the AudioBureau recording studio is more focused on providing services related to audio and video format for its clients, it also provides copywriting, typing and transcription services. In the "Vacancies" section there is a job offer both as a typist and several other vacancies that may be of interest to you. You can work remotely.

"

WorkuNaidu

If you were looking for a job on the Internet, then you should definitely get to the site rabotunaide.ru, where thousands of tempting vacancies with simple work and good pay are posted. You can also find a vacancy for a typist or PC operator here, you can search. But just don’t count on finding real employers, since the administration does not check ads in any way and scammers have chosen this site. But sometimes real announcements are hatched.

typewriter job at rabotunaidu.ru

These ten sites are enough for you to start working as a typist at home on the Internet without investment and deception. Personally, I chose Kwork and WorkZilla for myself, but I have been a customer for a long time. If you don’t have enough of them, then look for analogues or try to find a vacancy for a typing operator on freelance and copywriting exchanges, as well as job offer forums on the Internet.

Blacklist of fraudulent sites

Below I provide you with a black list of sites that supposedly offer to make money on typing, but in fact they are just scams to scam money. If you know a site that has been seen cheating people that is not on this list - write to me, I will add it.

  1. Employee-Plus is the number 1 fake content exchange in Russia, which, however, I have not heard anything about. It has a vacancy section where it offers to get a job as a typist at home. It has a high-quality deceptive design that lulls the vigilance of people. As a result, they demand an insurance premium and disappear.
  2. Publishing house "Ural printing" - an absolute clone employee +, changed the design a little, but the essence remained the same. Fake site with fake jobs. They ask for money and disappear.
  3. Publishing house "Megamax" (http://megamax1.ru) - they promise almost mountains of gold, namely 125 rubles for reprinting a page of scanned text. No one will pay you these amounts. Definitely a divorce for grandmas, which is confirmed by many victims. Can write from mail [email protected] or [email protected]
  4. Demidov printing house is an exact clone of megamax, only the name, address and phone number have been changed. They are looking for a PC operator who will type text. For each order, and it will be exactly one, you will be asked for money, supposedly for insurance.
  5. Publishing house "Alliance".
  6. Publishing house "Globus" (information in the comments from Tatyana).
  7. Sofia Publishing House. Such a publishing house really exists, but typesetters are not required for it. Fraudsters are simply using a real publisher to deceive.
  8. "Media Text" is another scammer demanding insurance premiums. Fraudsters are very fond of the word "media" (media text, media groups, media set, media print), be careful.
  9. Publishing house "Nymph" ( [email protected]) - a standard divorce with an insurance premium.
  10. Publishing house "Andreevsky". They were not too lazy, they created the site "http://andreevskiy.info" and even filled it. The main section "Our Vacancies", through which the deception occurs. They can write on behalf of a certain Olga Tsyganova from the post office [email protected]. They communicate exactly until you transfer money.
  11. Publishing house "Markus" ( [email protected], https://marcusid.ru). Well, that's all: there is a website, and they write to you by mail, and the insurance premium is simple and nah ... they send it.
  12. "Publishing House Science-Center" ("http://nauka-centr.com") - the guys approached the body with deeds. We took the data of a real publishing house, made a website and began to accept those who wanted to earn money by typing. SV was some 700-800 rubles. Don't be deceived.
  13. Copydaily.ru (mail " "). The guys made a copy of the typing-text.rf website, which actually provides typing services. For admission to work require 1500 rubles. Be careful.
  14. Publishing house "Knigomir"). An ordinary scam with vacancies for a typesetter. They promise a salary of up to 55,000 rubles. The site states that they have been working since 2012, although the site is only 1 month old.
  15. Publishing house "Kamrad" (https://camarad-id.ru/, mail [email protected]). Right on the main page, in large print, an announcement that typists are required. For a set of one sheet they promise 200 rubles. Yes, if there were such prices, I would earn 5 thousand per day. Brazen scammer.
  16. Rakurs LLC (rakur [email protected]) - they ask for a deposit, which they do not return and disappear.
  17. Printing house "PeroPrint" ( [email protected]). Such a printing house really exists, but it does not have a vacancy for a typing operator. Real mail is different from the one that scammers write.
  18. Rellout-Books ("http://rellout.ru", " [email protected]”) - another fake publishing house with vacancies for a text digitizer.

[hide]

Remember! All publishing houses, printing houses and agencies offering the vacancy of a remote typesetter are 100% scam. If you are offered 100 rubles per typing page - 100% fraud!

I ask everyone who has encountered deception and scamming from publishers, printing houses, or you just received an email about a typing vacancy, write your comments or reviews about the company so that other users do not fall for deception. Thank you.

We hasten to tell you what kind of work awaits those who love to compose, print, edit and be always online. Let's take a little history. Previously, when the information age was just beginning, there was a need for people who would easily carry out banal typing. Now this is not just a typesetter, but a whole profile that has different types and tasks.

Some 15 - 20 years ago, machinists (simply typesetters) manually typed various texts. But, fortunately, the 21st century has come, now technologies can scan text, recognize it and output it to electronic media.

It turns out that typing is not relevant? - you ask. Not at all, the usual job of a “typist” has disappeared, because now one typing skill is not enough. Now it is important to be able to edit, write unique texts, design them beautifully, quickly print on a computer, fill them with useful and relevant information.

How not to fall for the tricks of scammers

Be careful if you are required to pay the so-called insurance premium before starting work, then this is a scam and you fell into the hands of scammers. There are a lot of reviews about such “companies” on the net. All decent customers hire workers without an insurance premium. It is important to understand one thing, if you do the work, then you should be paid, not you, so here we will do without investing our own funds.

Honest companies work without prepayment (insurance) on your part!

Well, for those who read this article after they have burned themselves, we advise you not to be upset, because even in this case there is a positive side. Everyone who worked and got divorced got valuable experience. And next time they will be smarter and will not fall for such proposals. Therefore, before whitelisting your employer, try to collect as much information and feedback about him on the Internet as possible.

Types of modern typing

In our time, the role of the so-called typesetter has changed. Now the job is to write a unique text or modify the previous version in order to increase the same uniqueness.

There are such types of work with text:

  • Working with scanned text

This is the easiest activity. The essence of this work is that the customer sends scanned sheets of text, and the duty of the performer is to translate this material into an electronic version. In this case, it is important to be able to type quickly. If you are wondering where to find free vacancies from publishers and real customers, then read.

Also, a simple job of translating speech from audio or video material into text, at the request of the customer - verbatim or with editing.

This is writing unique author's texts from scratch on various topics. This field of activity is suitable for those who can quickly type on a computer, and are also well versed in narrow topics, for example: construction, sales, fashion, etc. Those who like to play with words and create interesting and light lines. If this is about you, then you have a direct road to copywriters. For successful freelancing, don't forget to collect feedback on the work you've done before.

This profession can be mastered by anyone with good literacy and perseverance. Its essence lies in the fact that the customer provides you with a text, and your task is to remake it so skillfully, retell it so that the essence and meaning remain the same, and the uniqueness increases several times. Such texts are needed by many sites. Of course, the salary of a rewriter is less than that of a copywriter, but even these funds are already an excellent part-time job, which will be an incentive for further development. We will talk more about salary in the next article (the link will be later).

  • Editor

An ideal job for people with perfect literacy and the ability to see mistakes. If at school you fantasized how you would cross out mistakes in notebooks with a red pen, then you will like this profession. The duties of an editor are to correct text errors: stylistic, spelling, syntactic. The skillful hand of the editor will complement the picture when creating a unique text.

  • SEO optimization

This kind of activity is now very popular, because every site owner wants his product or service to be seen by everyone in need. For this, you need a freelancer who will optimize the text. This is done with the help of keywords that people enter in the search bar. Therefore, the optimized text will be seen by more people. In the end, everyone is fine. You get the information you need, and the company gets the desired customer.

  • Translations

This is another kind of activity in typing. Only in order to engage in translations, you need to have certain knowledge and skills. In this case, it is knowledge of a foreign language at an advanced level. The salary of translators is always decent. However, you understand, this is a very interesting matter. The main thing is to be fluent in several languages and success will not keep you waiting.

  • Posting

Another type of work that appeared after the emergence of forums. In simple terms, this is an ordinary comment that you write after carefully reading the articles. Similar tasks are given on various exchanges in order to increase the popularity of the site. This type of activity is to the liking of many schoolchildren and students who like to spend time online.

  • Site moderator

We decided that it is worth including the moderator in this list, although this is a related industry. If the site brings sufficient profit to the owner, then the question arises of a vacancy for a moderator who will edit ready-made texts, as well as order new ones (periodically compose technical tasks for copywriters). All this is necessary in order for there to be a steady influx of new readers, and the site to be visited and read.

This is a short list of what a typesetter does, you may be interested in others, so try, experiment and you will definitely find your business.

Who is this profession for?

The profession will be able to master:

  • pupils and students,
  • certified translators,
  • proofreaders,
  • mums on maternity leave
  • pensioners, etc.

In general, everyone who is friends with literacy.

Character traits and skills of the employee

At first glance, it seems that any person who has basic knowledge and a computer can type texts, but let's highlight in detail those character traits and skills that you cannot do without:

  1. perfect literacy,
  2. responsibility for your work
  3. adequacy,
  4. sociability,
  5. perseverance and patience
  6. creative mindset,
  7. basic PC skills,
  8. erudition,
  9. perfect knowledge of the Russian language or several foreign languages,
  10. ability to find solutions in difficult situations.

It happens that a person wants to work remotely, but does not yet know where to start. We recommend reading a book about the most popular professions on the Internet. This will save you time and give you the opportunity to decide on the areas in which you should definitely try yourself.

All the best!

Hello dear readers! Typing at home is becoming more and more popular every day, and it's no coincidence!

After all, absolutely anyone who just knows how to type text on a computer can become a typesetter. This is one of the simplest and most uncomplicated jobs on the Internet, which is able to bring money without leaving home.

It all sounds good, but in fact, many who try to find this vacancy often encounter either scammers, or it turns out that this vacancy is already occupied, or the price for payment is very, very low. Although the work is simple, there are really enough pitfalls here! :)

Therefore, I decided to write a complete and detailed article that will really help you find a job as a typist with adequate pay or find another simple job for yourself on the Internet.

☝️ It is important to say that scammers very often use typing to lure money from applicants for this popular vacancy.

Sometimes it’s not so easy to determine that you have a scammer in front of you. Therefore, be sure to read all the information in this article, which will help you avoid losing your money in the future.

In addition, read the article about with real examples - you will find a lot of useful and interesting things in it!

❗️ So, today I will tell you:

  • On which sites can you really find current vacancies for a typist? The list is attached!
  • How to identify scammers and not lose your money?
  • What real reviews are there about typing and is it worth it?
  • What other simple jobs available to everyone can make money at home on the Internet?

Ready to learn about all this and more? Then let's go!👇

1. Typing: what is it, responsibilities, is it worth it and how much can you earn?

Typing- this is essentially a reprint on a computer of a manuscript or printed text from the original scanned materials (books, various documents ...). In other words, you usually just need to retype the text and format it in a text editor (often Microsoft Word).

Such a vacancy is usually offered by various publishers who need to translate materials into print for their subsequent publication.

The requirements for a typewriter are often the following:

  • more or less fast and high-quality typing on a computer;
  • basic computer knowledge;
  • care and diligence.

Usually, you should also be familiar with the Microsoft Word program, in which the text is actually typed. If you own the blind typing method (printing with 10 fingers), then this will be a huge advantage for you.

As a rule, you can work as a typesetter by free schedule at any time convenient for you. Some employers even conclude a contract, which is a big plus.

In general, everything is quite simple and something overly difficult is not required here! We figured it out! :)

However, is it worth looking for vacancies and working as a typist at all? And besides, how much can you earn on this?

If you want to earn money from home without work experience, then typing is the best fit.

However, although the demand for this vacancy is large, there are really good vacancies for it. not so often as you would like. And the volume of orders for typing is often limited.

Therefore, I would advise you to additionally consider other simple jobs for earning money from home if you cannot find a job as a typesetter. You can find a list of them in this article, towards the end of the article.

Also check out this helpful article about the topic article: (it lists 14 jobs and 3 job search resources)!

Now about how much you can earn approximately!

💡 About payment!
Average pay for 1 thousand reprinted characters is from 4 to 25 rubles. If the text is complex, the cost may be slightly higher!

In a month with part-time work, you can earn an average 6-20 thousand rubles . Actually not much, but given the simplicity and the fact that you will not work every day and not by 8 o'clock , then this is a more or less acceptable income.

By the way, you can agree in advance with the employer on the payment account so that he transfers money to you daily for the work performed. Often even the employers themselves offer typing with daily payment .

Money for the work performed is most often transferred to bank card, less often on Yandex money and Qiwi wallet. However, this can always be negotiated.

Of course, being a typist is far from perfect. For example, sometimes there may be clumsy handwriting that is difficult to decipher in places. But I will talk about all the nuances a little later in this article, have a little patience.

2. Real reviews of typing at home without attachments

On the network you can find a huge number of both positive and negative reviews about this job. There are still more negative ones, since more often it is those who became a victim of scammers and did not find a job leave their reviews and comments about this vacancy.

But this does not mean at all that it is unrealistic to find a typing job without prepayment at home! You just need to understand that in real life, text reprinting services are rarely required by companies.

Well, now let's move on to the reviews about this work:

Feedback on typing work (click to enlarge)

Olga
At one time, she was also looking for a part-time job at home as a typesetter. But in the end it all came down to advances, prepayments or insurance premiums. Once I still pecked and paid 100 rubles. Accordingly, I did not receive any answer and no money!

From that moment, I realized that various prepayments are a complete scam. As soon as insurance premiums were demanded from me, I didn’t want to get involved with such companies anymore.

In fact, there are conscientious employers, but they are few and not the first time you find them. I chose a slightly different path, in my opinion more profitable - writing articles. Here, the payment is many times more, and without any prepayments and contributions. And the demand for copywriters and rewriters on the Internet is hundreds of times higher.

3. Work as a typist at home: TOP 7 sites for finding a job without prepayment

Prices for typing on the site typing-text.rf

Site #2: Kwork.ru

Another fairly popular remote work site where you can find a job as a typist is kwork.ru. This is a fairly new freelance exchange with a fixed fee for work (accordingly, there is no price dumping among freelancers as such).

✔️ You just need to place " quark” (i.e. announcement) about the offer of their services and wait for a response from customers. By the way, here you can find other part-time jobs at home with no work experience.

The only negative, in my opinion, is the high competition in typing and the importance of having a rating (positive reviews). Otherwise, the exchange is really not bad, you don’t need to pay any tariffs and “fees”, there is only a small commission for already completed and paid orders (this is a standard phenomenon on exchanges).

Site #4: Trud.com

This is another popular job search portal. You can also find quite a lot of typing ads here.

Often, employers prefer to search for workers on the basis of their proposals.

Sites #7: Freelance Exchanges

Often, typing tasks are published on freelance exchanges. The downside is that these are usually one-time tasks, although there are exceptions.

Some exchanges have a section "Jobs" so check it out too!

You will find a complete list of more than 100 freelance exchanges for remote work in a separate article -!👈

4. Typing and scams - how to avoid? We identify scammers

Fraudsters offering typing jobs on the Internet are a dime a dozen! Unfortunately, there are many more of them than real ads from real companies. Therefore, you need to look for vacancies with extreme caution.

But it's really not that hard to expose the scammers, just follow a few tips below that I have prepared for you! I really hope they help!👇

An example of tasks and payment for Work-Zilla related to the text

The only downside is that before you can fulfill orders, you need to pass a simple test (the answers can be found on the Internet without any problems), and you will also need to pay a small tariff.

In particular, this was done in order to sweep away the "freeloaders" and work only with people who have serious intentions to make money.

Plus, you can still perform tasks from your mobile phone, so you don’t necessarily need a computer.

6. Features of the job - typist

Well, at the end of the article, I want to say a few words about the important features of typing at home. These are rather pitfalls, which many do not even know about! And you need to know about them! 😀

  1. On the surface, the work of a typist seems simple, but this does not always correspond to reality. Since often in the texts there can be various mathematical and chemical formulas, tables , drawings , difficult technical words … All this requires much more time to set. And some unscrupulous customers do not want to pay them separately!
  2. It is also sometimes required edit and format text(correct errors, italicize/bold, markup…) as you reprint from the source. And that also takes extra time!
  3. Another important feature is that printed text is extremely rarely. This is so because there are special programs that automatically scan printed text with a minimum number of errors. Then it remains only to double-check it and correct it.
  4. And here handwritten text meets In most cases . And it is not always possible to reprint it quickly, since it is often necessary to understand the clumsy handwriting and guess from the meaning what the author had in mind. Incomprehensible words will need to be marked as "unreadable".

7. Conclusion

I tried very hard to write an objective and truthful article so that you get a complete picture with all the pros and cons about typing for money. Hope I got it done!

In conclusion, from my experience I can say that it is not always worth focusing only on the typist job - you can look at other much better paid and more interesting jobs on the Internet, with a much lower risk of stumbling into scammers.

I agree that some remote vacancies are still not suitable for everyone, as knowledge and work experience are often required. But in the age of the Internet, you can learn almost everything through a computer in a short time - I am an example of this! Just need sincerely strive then everything will work out 100%! 🙂

Before, I didn’t even imagine that I would make money on the Internet, but I learned nothing (watched videos, read articles ...) in the course of work, tried, tried and achieved what I had never dreamed of before! Everything is real if you believe in it!

In any case, in order to make good money (everywhere, not even on the Internet), you need to develop your skills and abilities. And mistakes and failures are just necessary difficulties. on the way to success . And of course, try to listen to your inner voice, it will tell you in which direction to move!

In any case, as for me, remote work is many times better than work “in its standard” sense.

So is it worth it or not?
Do you think that the work of a typesetter deserves attention? And is it worth spending your time looking for it at all, or is it better to make money on something else? Write about it in the comments!

If you have been scammed, please write in the comments about your experience. And also, for many it will be useful if you specify the email addresses of scammers!

Friends, with all my heart I wish you success and good luck in all your endeavors! And if it's not difficult for you, rate the article and share it on social networks! Thank you in advance!😀

Looking for an easy job from home? A home typist is a remote job that requires you to be attentive and able to type on the keyboard, you must agree that there is nothing difficult about it. This is used by scammers who understand that a lot of people are looking for an opportunity to earn extra money and post vacancies about typing at home. Then they demand to make an advance payment, the so-called insurance premium, and, having received it, they immediately disappear.

He will tell you:

  • Who is a typesetter;
  • How to master a profession;
  • How much you can earn and where to look for work (we are considering sites with examples);
  • What difficulties will be faced (nuances of work, scammers);
  • Where else can you make money as a typist (let's look at 6 additional types of earnings!)

If you have ever typed documents (or any other written work) onto a computer, then congratulations - you have almost mastered the profession of typing.

Its essence lies in the simple reprinting of text on a computer. Source material can be submitted as scanned materials or handwritten manuscript. You can work according to a free schedule, at any convenient time. That's all! And I said that there is nothing complicated here.

Typesetters are in demand from various publishing houses that convert material into electronic form for publication. But you can often meet one-time orders. I saw how students, due to lack of time, ordered the reprinting of diplomas and other voluminous works for several thousand rubles.

The work is positioned as official, usually with employment and the conclusion of a contract. Therefore, the article will consider real vacancies for which you need to be able (we will do this together with you below).

VERY IMPORTANT: There are a lot of scammers in this area! Finding them is easy. Because of this, many underestimate this profession and speak negatively about it. I strongly recommend that you pay attention to the paragraph on this topic. I will show by my example how to distinguish a scammer and what should never be done.

We understand what is required to master the profession of a typesetter:

1 First of all, you must be literate, not make mistakes (grammatical, punctuation, stylistic). Agree, you wouldn't want to get paid material in which errors hurt the eyes. You can increase the level of literacy not only by studying the rules, but also by reading books. So you will learn new words, writing techniques and be able to apply them in practice.

2 Basic PC knowledge. You need to be able to use e-mail and a browser.

3 Working with the editor.

The popular (and my favorite) remains Microsoft Word (comes as a standard program for Windows). Convenient and easy to use, highlights errors, there is auto-formatting of text. As part of this activity, you will have to draw up the material (divide into paragraphs, formulas, tables). Word can format lists and paragraphs automatically, and there are special functions for tables and formulas.

Another popular editor is Google Docs. Work online, autosave after each phrase. You need a Google account to work.

4 Punctuality, responsibility. You should not miss the deadlines, postpone everything until later, otherwise the customer's confidence in you will fall, which will lead to the loss of work.

5 It is recommended to learn the "blind" typing method, i.e. typing fast without looking at the keyboard. In the work of a typesetter, this is an important skill that affects earnings (you type faster - you earn more). I would like to recommend the Vse10 website (www.vse10.ru) - an online keyboard simulator with an abundance of lessons. I often go there myself to hone my skills.

There are no special courses for mastering the profession. An excellent "training", in my opinion, is to reprint any book at hand. Try to print 2-3 pages before looking for a job.

What do we have to do?

What you have to do if you are going to work as a typesetter:

  • Negotiate with the customer via e-mail/phone;
  • Receive material by mail;
  • Reprint the text in electronic form. Additionally, they may be asked to draw up formulas, tables, lists, figures;
  • Send the result to the employer;
  • Receive payment (to bank cards or electronic wallets).

Sounds easy, right? Now let's take a closer look at what types of texts you have to work with. This is where one of the pitfalls lies.

1 . Basically, you have to work with such material, since it is more difficult to disassemble. Difficulty depends on the handwriting of the person. For example, I can parse this text without difficulty:

Here are some more complicated examples:

Click to enlarge image

And for dessert - a handwritten text in a foreign language. Yes, such orders are also in demand, but at least basic knowledge is required here. At least in order to know what the words look like

Payment depends on the complexity of recognition (for the last three examples you will get more than for the first).

2 . The material will not cause problems, because. it is extremely understandable. A couple of examples:

The pay is lower than for the census of handwriting, but the work is also easier. In addition, there are special programs for text recognition, which you will learn about in a few lines.

3 Audio recording (transcription). Convert audio recording to text format. Nothing supernatural - we take headphones, turn on the recording, listen to the text and print in parallel.

A small summary. What affects payment:

  • The more difficult it is to recognize the text, the higher the payment;
  • The manuscript is valued more than the scanned material;
  • Formulas, tables, equations, lists, pictures are rated higher than text.

About text recognition software

Computer technology is constantly improving. I remember how I asked my father about 10 years ago, when he scanned the text in German and sat for a long time, translated, retyped. The question was: “Couldn’t you just copy and paste it into the translator?”. He said, "Not yet." And now you can.

With the help of special programs for text recognition, you can upload a picture, and it will issue the finished material in printed form. List of such programs:

  • Abby FineReader. The first 30 days and 100 pages are free, then you need to buy the full version. Price from 7000 to 39000 rubles.
  • Cunei Form. The free program is installed on the computer.
  • Online OCR. Online converter, no software download required.

Let's scan the above text about the filter, let's see what the programs will give out:

Click to enlarge image

We draw conclusions:

1 A typist can use programs, but if the material is scanned “perfectly” (pages are not folded, the photo is not blown out). But in any case, you will spend time on editing (correcting errors made by the program during the recognition process);

2 Abbyy FineReader is the best OCR software, but it seems to me that it should be used by companies and publishers, not employees. The full version is paid, and its cost is quite high for one user.

Personally, I find it easier to retype text while looking at the screen, without any problems. So it turns out faster, and spend less time on editing. In addition, formulas, equations, tables are poorly recognized by editors.

Interesting but sad fact: the better the program works, the lower the demand for typesetters. Why hire a person, pay him, enter into an agreement with him, if you can just download the program? Of course, a person is better at recognizing clumsily written text on a piece of paper, but if technology becomes perfect, typesetters will not be in demand. But so far, only a person can completely parse the text and arrange it beautifully!

Looking for a job as a typist at home

Finding a typing job at home is not easy. This is not for you, which literally flooded the Internet. I only found one specialized site for this profession. In other cases, you will have to take work on message boards and freelance exchanges. Let's take everything in order.

Compiling a resume

An important part of finding a job as a typist is writing a resume. This is a document that describes in detail who and where you worked, what experience you have, what skills you have. Most job seekers find this stage difficult and get lost when writing a resume. But trust me, it's very easy!

Here is my summary. I show the most “delicious” part, which employers most often pay attention to:

Click to enlarge image

I focus on the speed of typing, because this is very important in the work of a typesetter, and I describe my experience in this area (so far only behind me, but the professions are similar).

Think about your skills, work experience (even if it was a one-time part-time job). You can use your resume when applying for another job. Take half an hour to this business - and it will become your "calling card" for a long time.

Don’t give up if you don’t have work experience – we all started somewhere somewhere.

All information about working conditions, payment and other nuances can be found on this page. The company also reminds that only scammers require transfer before starting cooperation. We will talk about this in more detail below.

The site has rates for work, and they may disappoint you:

Yes, not much. But honestly though. I was recently asked to do test typing work for 2,500 rubles, and this, not surprisingly, turned out to be a scammer's bait. So 10 rubles for printed text (remember that it is the easiest to recognize) is a very reasonable price. Also, the cost varies depending on the complexity (25/1000 for a scanned text - also, in my opinion, a good payment).

Okay, how do you get started? To do this, go below and find the feedback form. Filling example:

This is where the resume file that I mentioned above comes in handy. You need to study the main page a little more to answer the security question. Applications are considered for a week, after which you can be hired. But will they accept? One author is selected per week, so the competition on the site is high.

After submitting the application, you will be redirected to the page with the "exam" (or follow the link https://typing.rf/udalennaya-rabota-nabor-teksta.html on your own):

Here you can prove yourself, show your skills, simply by retyping the text from any book or by writing an essay. I highly recommend doing this to increase your chances of being hired. We save the text in Word, send it in the feedback form on the same page.

10 Do not confirm SMS. For example, a scammer may say that he sent you a text, but you need an SMS confirmation that will be sent to your phone. Thus, a criminal can steal your data from email / social networks. networks/wallets.

Remember! If you are asked to make any advance payment - these are 100% scammers! Never send money to anyone under any pretext (mainly asking for an insurance premium, pay for or test work)! This is the most important sign that they want to deceive you.

Now let's move on to practice. Falling into the trap of criminals is much easier than I thought.

Example 1

Watch suspicious ads:

Click to enlarge image

What is disturbing:

  • Job requirements and conditions are written fluently and illiterately;
  • High pay (47000);
  • Contains a link to a suspicious site.

Click to enlarge image

At the bottom, they offer to fill in contact details - full name and mail, but how can you ask me about skills and experience ?. For the sake of interest, I filled it out, but did not specify the details and saw the following:

Click to enlarge image

Bingo! Insurance fee! Feel free to close the page. Once again - never make any prepayments, work as a typist does not require investments!

Example 2

In the previous example, the scammer uses another trick - the name of a well-known company (also takes its address). Google, we find the real website of the company, which looks like this:

Finally, we are convinced by receiving a response from the site staff:

Conclusion: don't be lazy! Elementary Google queries will help you avoid scammers.

Advice: never provide payment details at the job search stage. Personally, I am afraid that my e-wallets will be hacked. It’s better to make sure that the person is not a scammer, work with him, and only then discuss payment options.

Example 3

Two offers from one company. Suspicious. Here is a description of these vacancies:

It's strange, the mail is the same, but the conditions and payment are different. Okay, we do not suspect anything and write to the mail. A couple of hours later I get this message:

We pay attention to the "tasty" prices. Reprinting 12 pages is a job for 3-4 hours, and what a payment! But the juice itself is waiting for us below:

Click to enlarge image

Again contributions. By the way, when I tried to write to another address, I received exactly the same letter.

We drive these addresses into the search engine, we see:

To summarize: most of the vacancies and offers related to typing at home are posted by scammers. Their task is to seduce you with a high salary, a simple job that does not need to be trained anywhere and convenient conditions (working at home at a computer).

Don't be lazy to check ads and never send money or you won't see them. Fraudsters come up with very convincing stories to get the last penny out of your pockets, it will be extremely difficult to find and punish them later.

Let's say we have a long-term job as a typist at home and a steady stream of orders. Let's calculate the approximate earnings (we'll take the prices from typing-text.ru). Let's take a basic typing speed of 50 characters per minute, we will work 7 hours a day on weekdays.

The average payment for 1000 characters is 16 rubles. We get 3000 characters per hour, i.e. 48 rubles. 336 rubles per day, 7056 rubles per month (21 working days). In fact, a good result for permanent work at home.

And now we imagine that we are typing 500 characters per minute (the result is achievable, I speak from personal experience). 30,000 characters per hour, i.e. 480 rubles! 3360 rubles per day, 70.560 rubles per month. Cool, isn't it? It's just text. Graphs, formulas, tables are rated higher and will be a good addition to the total earnings.

That is, you can earn from 7000 to 70.000, without leaving home. I have eliminated many factors (time to transcribe and edit the text, lack of work, illness, fatigue, various accidents) that will prevent such results from being achieved. Real earnings will be lower.

But, as you understand, it all depends on the attentiveness and speed of printing. Therefore, I strongly recommend that you master the “blind” typing method and increase the speed of typing. You can do this using the site vse10.ru (which I mentioned at the beginning), as well as any other keyboard simulator that will help you learn how to type blindly.

Feedback on work

On the Internet, people speak negatively about the work of a typist and the reason is obvious - they became victims of scammers, after which the desire to type for money instantly disappeared. But I managed to find a person who found honest customers:

Typing is not a scam. It is sad that people who once fell for the bait of scammers begin to think this way and throw mud at a good profession. In fact, there are companies and people who are willing to pay for typing without requiring any contributions.

I was looking for a job for a long time, most often faced with deception. But in the end, I managed to find several people who sent me scanned texts. Handed over the work, received payment the next day. Unfortunately, the rates were very low (5-10 rubles per 1000 characters), so the desire to work quickly disappeared.

But working as a typesetter is no scam. Just don't make any advance payments and everything will be fine. This income is not suitable for professional freelancers, but for beginners it is quite. Good luck!

Veronica

What else can a typist do?

For people who know how to type on the keyboard of their computer, several more ways to make money are open. Consider them:

In general, this profession is called copywriting. The main difference from a typist is that copywriting is a thought process that depends on the ability to process information and put it on paper, or rather in a text editor on a computer. We are not afraid of a strict definition, in fact, nothing complicated!

- reprinting the text in your own words. You are given material, and you change it, transform it so that the output is a different text, but with the same meaning. This criterion is called uniqueness.

- Creation of a unique material. By studying several sources or drawing on your own experience, you should create your own article with a unique structure.

- the same as copywriting, but the purpose of the text is to sell / present something (directly or indirectly). Those. should be included in the article keys- words or phrases that can be used to find this text. For example, "buy real estate in Moscow", "buy a key for the game State of Decay".

Popular text exchanges offering copywriting jobs:

Payment varies from 20 to 100 rubles. for 1000 characters without spaces (sbp), you can work with customers through the site or sell your articles (you determine the price, keys, topic, and more).

I have been working as a copywriter for about 4 years, sometimes earning up to 40,000 rubles a month. Now my payment is 120 rubles. for 1000. The work is simple, I started without any special skills. And no, I did not go to such a figure for 4 years - already at first I managed to receive 20,000 rubles each. Now it turns out to earn 500-1000 rubles a day.

Pros:

  • A lot of work;
  • No special skills needed;
  • Opportunity to find customers for long-term cooperation;
  • Pay increases based on skills;

Minuses:

  • Required work with text. Check it in services for such parameters as uniqueness, water, spamming, nausea. Don't be alarmed - these are simple terms that you can google about;
  • At first, it is difficult to get a well-paid job. Customer ratings and reviews play a key role. Therefore, at first you will have to do the work for 15, 10 and even 5 rubles. for 1000 to get rating, reviews and experience;
  • Exchanges charge fees when withdrawing funds. It feels good when you withdraw several thousand.
