Each government structure has its own official website - a full-fledged representation on the Web. There you will definitely find:

News about the work of the department, structure, leadership.
A detailed description of the tasks facing the authority.
Regulatory framework - documents, orders and instructions.
Contact information.
Section for citizens' appeals (by filling out a special electronic form, you will receive an official response from departments. Under the law, written and electronic appeals are equivalent).
On the official websites of authorities there is an opportunity to get a government service via the Internet. Forms of such applications are posted either on the agency’s website or on the government services portal - gosuslugi.ru.

The website address of the first person in the country is kremlin.ru. You can also go here through the server of federal authorities by clicking on the link “President of the Russian Federation” 9.2.

The site contains all the information about the activities of the president. Detailed news, a large archive of photos, video and audio recordings. In the corresponding section you can find all the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation that he gave during his workshops and meetings.

By clicking on the image of the three horizontal stripes in the upper left, you can go to the President’s personal website and take a virtual interactive tour of the Moscow Kremlin.

On the site you can contact the President of the Russian Federation. An official response will be given. Click on the “Contact Us” link in the top menu. Then, in the “Services for Citizens Appeal” section, click “Send a Letter to the President of Russia”. You will be taken to the page on work with complaints - letters.kremlin.ru 9.3.

You will be asked to fill out a form. You can choose where to send the letter: to the electronic reception of the President or to the reception of the Presidential Administration. From the same page you can send an appeal to another government agency.

How to send an appeal to the President:

Follow the link "Contacts" in the top menu on the site kremlin.ru
Select the “Send a Letter to the President of Russia” tab.
On the next page, click on "Write a letter".
Fill in the form.
Click “Send Email."

At the end of the form, you can attach different files, for example, scanned copies of documents. Using this opportunity, you will get a more complete answer. Also at the bottom you can put a check mark next to the inscription "Create a personal account." Enter the password and you will automatically register on the site. In this case, you can follow the procedure for considering your appeal. In the "Reception of Citizens" section, in the "Personal Reception" tab, you will find all the information about the work of the reception of the President of the Russian Federation in Moscow, as well as in all federal districts. The official websites of federal ministries are designed differently, but their structure is the same. On the website of the Ministry of the Interior mvd.ru you can find a description of his activities, news, information for citizens, contacts, special projects, etc. are highlighted separately. 9.11.

Every Russian citizen can go online for a general discussion with a proposal. The rules for considering a public initiative were approved by a decree of the President of Russia. You can vote, familiarize yourself with the content of the initiatives, and also suggest your own innovation on the website of the Russian public initiative roi.ru 9.15.

Rules for reviewing community initiatives over the Internet

The placement of a public initiative on an Internet resource is preceded by a mandatory preliminary examination. The examination period is two months. It is possible to refuse to consider a public initiative if it does not contain a description of the problem or if options for solving it are not proposed.
Voting is held within a year after its placement. If the initiative gains less than 100 thousand votes, it is withdrawn from consideration. If more - sent to a special federal expert group to develop measures for its implementation. The structure includes representatives of federal executive bodies, deputies of the State Duma, members of the Federation Council, the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, representatives of the business community and public associations.
The text should not contain obscene language, insults, threats, calls for extremist activity. The citizen is also required to explain at what level the initiative should be considered.

All initiatives are ordered: by sections, level (federal, regional, municipal), number of votes 9.16.
