The process of producing stone from plaster does not create much noise and production can be started in a garage, shed or utility room. The workshop must be equipped with level tables and a drying cabinet to speed up drying of products.

Plaster facing stone can be made without expensive equipment. Such production does not need a lot of start-up capital. The main item of expense is the acquisition of high-quality molds, they withstand from 1000 to 15,000 castings, in the future you can purchase several molds of the same type.

The plaster solution is poured into special molds, after 15 minutes the finished product can be taken out of the mold. An artificial stone can be painted by adding powder pigments to a gypsum solution, this will allow the product to be painted from the inside, while the product will not be white at the joints and cuts.
