At first they changed to other flowers. Then the understanding came that it was easier to exchange your plants for money, and money for other people's plants.

• When selling plants grown on your own plot, you do not need to pay taxes on income. But for reliability, we took such a certificate from the tax office. We went to the market with her for many years, but we never asked her.
• The next question is about the place of sale. You can't just get up at the store, you need to trade in specially designated places in the markets. Many, of course, sell, but by doing so they break the law. And starting this year, a fine of about 5000 is due for such a violation. In my opinion, it is easier to pay for a place on the market. For example, in this market we paid 30 rubles. per meter.

Moral aspect:
I know that for many people, especially those of a more mature age, the issue of selling is very acute.
People do not want to look like speculators, hucksters.
My view on this issue is a question of assessing my work. At work, we get paid for our work. And by growing plants, we put in labor. Hence, it is quite possible to exchange it for money.

Technical question of selling plants:
Plants can be sold all season. To do this, it is necessary to grow plants in pots, the so-called closed root system (CCS). This is especially important for shrubs and trees.
Different types of plants require different times for survival, for many perennials it is about two weeks. For conifers, a longer period is required.

This attitude towards seedlings will increase the survival rate of buyers. Since, as practice shows, many people buy plants and may not plant for several days, or even weeks. They simply put seedlings with an open root system in the water. As you understand, after a week of soaking, the probability of the seedling survival rate decreases sharply. And who do you think they will blame? Of course, the seller. There is no need to give them such a chance)))

More advice: Plants with a flower are best bought. Yes, I understand that the literature does not recommend replanting flowering plants, but the market dictates something else.

Perennials in a pot, our purchases

My mother is engaged in the sale of plants and has a small increase in her pension, which, however, she immediately spends on new seedlings. Shrubs and conifers in the assortment allow you to increase your revenue. And when I take her to the market by car with a large assortment, the revenue doubles.
