Lean pilaf recipe with corn from the Green Giant

For the dish you will need one and a half glasses of rice, a can of sweet corn "Green Giant" (340 g), two medium carrots, two onions, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, spices, salt and pepper to taste. Dice the onions, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, dip the vegetables in hot vegetable oil, hold, stirring, for 3 minutes on the fire. Put the corn from the jar in the pan. Salt, add spices, mix well. Rinse the rice and spread it evenly on a mixture of vegetables. Pour boiling water over the dish so that two fingers rise above the surface of the rice.
