FROM resident: the methodologist of the district educational-methodical cabinet A.V. Wambold Reviewer: Head of the district educational-methodical office of the department of education, sports and tourism of the Kamenets district executive committee N.V. Kirilyuk The guidelines “Maintaining and filling out the planning and accounting journal of the interests of the association” contain information on maintaining sections of the journal of planning and accounting the work of the association of interests. Introduction In compiling these recommendations, we studied the experience of maintaining and filling out the journals of the educational institution “Brest State Center for Youth Creativity”, the educational institution “National Center for the Creative Creativity of Children and Youth” ((“Regulatory and legal teaching materials on the upbringing and additional education of children and youth” 2011-2012 academic year)), educational institution "Republican Center for Technical Creativity." It should be noted that interest-based training programs recommended by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, the National Institute of Education, or training programs developed on the basis of the Model Programs for Continuing Education for Children and Youth, which have been reviewed by the methodological council and approved in the prescribed manner by the director of the institution, are allowed to be used. The journal of planning and accounting for the work of an association of interests is the main document reflecting the educational work of a teacher with students. At the same time, this is an important financial document, on the basis of which a time sheet is filled out and payroll is made, each teacher organizing the work of the association of interests is obliged to conduct it. The content of the journal reflects the quality of the teacher's work: the level of tasks set for the unification of interests, the course of their implementation, the degree of formation of the children's team. The content of the accounting of educational work testifies to the nature and directions of ideological and educational work with children. General requirements The journal is completed in accordance with the journal guidelines. . The work of the association of interests is recorded in the model journal “Journal of Planning and the Work of Ab’yadnanny pa Intaressah” (hereinafter referred to as the journal). According to the nomenclature of cases, its storage period is 3 years. During this time, it may be subject to inspection by regulatory authorities. At the end of each month, the teacher of additional education is obliged to provide a journal to the deputy director for educational (educational) work to monitor his conduct, the implementation of the curriculum, class accounting, and other goals. The journal is kept in ink of blue (violet) color. Corrections, markings, use of corrector are not allowed. Depending on the language of instruction in the circle, journal entries can be made out in Russian or Belarusian. All columns of the sections of the journal are required to be filled out regardless of whether there is a printed and approved version of the program or not. The enclosed approved affiliate program (printed on sheets A4) does not exempt the teacher of further education from filling out the relevant sections of the journal. All entries in the journal must be kept correctly, accurately and in a timely manner. The pages of the magazine are numbered starting from the first page, the number is put in the bottom corner of the page. Cover is not included in the number of pages. Thus, the first page is a cover-like page. Reducing (increasing) the number of pages in the journal is not allowed. When drawing up a work schedule, an additional education teacher should be guided by the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Education, the Concept of Continuous Education of Children and Students in the Republic of Belarus, and other regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.
The columns of the calendar plan “Theme, program section“ and “Work content” are filled in accordance with the work plan of the association of interests for the academic year and reflect a detailed study of topics during the academic year. The work plan of the association of interests is strictly binding. If the educational program of a community of interests provides for several years of study, and the teacher of additional education, implementing this program, completes the groups of the first, second and subsequent years of study, then a work schedule must be developed for each year of study. The work of the teacher of additional education in the summer period (which is not aimed at implementing the association program on interests) is not recorded in this journal.
The filling in the section “Accounting for attendance at classes” is carried out by the teacher of additional education from September 1 (from the first lesson according to the schedule) according to the tariffication. On the right page of the section “Accounting for attendance at classes”, an additional education teacher writes down the date of the lesson, the topic of the lesson, practical work, the topic of conversations or other educational events, their duration (number of hours) and puts a signature. Example:
In cases of vacation, business trip, teacher’s sick leave, missed dates on the left half of the sheet are not indicated, a record is made on the right half. For example, from September 9 to September 30, 2017 - a sick leave; from April 20 to 21, 2018 - a business trip, order of the head of the department of education, sports and tourism of the Kamenets district executive committee (or the director of secondary school No. 2 of the city of Kamenets) No. 145 dated 03/05/2016. In case of postponement of the lesson at the request of the teacher of further education and according to the order to postpone the lesson, the date of the lesson is put down in fact. During the school holidays, teachers work in accordance with the affiliated community’s work plan. Each topic of the lesson is capitalized. The topic of the lesson can be written in two rows in a single horizontal column. If necessary, when recording a topic, a reduction in words is allowed. It is necessary to keep track of the lessons held in a timely manner, since in the case of a financial audit, control services have the right not to count the classes held and to deduct money (if there is no lesson in the journal). The administration (deputy director for educational (training), methodologist) of the institution, when filling out the time sheet at the end of each working month, calculates the total number of hours actually allocated, which the journal entries will attest to, and puts its signature.
On the first day of the school year (at the first lesson of an association of interests), an additional education teacher acquaints students with the rules of conduct in the institution and beyond with a mandatory entry on a dedicated journal page. Before going on vacation, additional education teachers remind students of the rules for safe behavior on the street and on the road, in public transport, in the reservoir, in the forest, during thunderstorms, Fire safety rules, etc. with an entry in the appropriate journal. In subsequent classes, before exploring each new topic or section of the affiliate's curriculum, before starting practical work and at the beginning of each quarter of the school year, it is necessary to conduct training in safety measures using the approved “Safety Requirements” (TB). A record of student learning is made in the journal of planning and accounting for the work of the association of interests in the column "Zmest Instructions". Example: OPB, TB No. XX, or P.b. in the classroom uniting by interests, T. No. XX (embroidery). On the pages of “Busy measures byaspec”, the teacher of additional education notes the missing students. If a student is absent in a lesson where the safety measures were taught, he will additionally study the safety requirements in the next lesson with registration in the journal. Example: OPB Ivanova I.S., TB No.XX. Safety training programs are developed by the teacher of continuing education and agreed with the deputy head of the institution, who is responsible for organizing labor protection and approved by the head of the educational institution. The study of security measures with students participating in tourist trips (excursions) and other similar extracurricular activities outside the center events is carried out by their direct supervisors (teachers of additional education) according to the Programs or Safety Requirements approved in the established manner with a protocol in the form approved by the letter of the education department regional executive committee dated 12/15/2008 No. 07/16-P.
